Good Beer Week at Bucks

After a sold-out event last year, Buck's Boilermakers are back. 

Brand Ambassadors from Brooklyn Beers and Martin Lynch from Teeling Whiskey Distillery will guide you though these craft beer and whiskey pairings.

Featuring a beer and a whiskey cocktail on arrival, plus 5 boilermakers for you to try, accompanied by tasty snacks and great stories about these two brands.

Peated Malt Masterclass

Thursday 10th May

6:30 – 8:30pm

Join expert Peated Malts of Distinction Brand Ambassador for a guided tasting of Peated whiskies, alongside tasty canapés.

If you love whiskey with smoky, earthy flavours, then come along and learn about five of the best Peated Malt Whiskies from Scotland and Ireland - including Laphroaig, Bowmore, Ardmore and Connemara.

Wednesday 18th April - from 7.30pm - Tenx9 Melbourne is back for more storytelling - with Things I Never Told my Parents.

Thursday 26th April - from 6.30pm - Spirit of Punk is back with a word slam session.

Sunday 29th April - 3-6pm - Sunday Session with live Irish music, and $8 pints of Guinness.

Bakery Hill Masterclass Month

Melbourne's own Bakery Hill Distillery will be hosting a whole month of masterclasses at Bucks every Tuesday in April from 6.30pm.

David and Andrew Baker (Head Distiller and founders) will guide you through the often confusing aspects of whisky production, as well as the unique flavours and scents of Single Malt whiskies:

Pot Still Masterclass

Join Midleton Brand Ambassador Kate Moran for a guided tasting of Pot Still whiskies, alongside tasty canapés.

Only a century ago, Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey accounted for over 80% of the world's whiskey supplies. Nowadays, they are rebuilding this once world famous style, which is uniquely Irish, made from malted & unmalted barley and triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills.

Come join us for an evening delving into Irish Whiskey history and discover the smooth, silky texture and spiciness of Midleton Irish whiskies.
