The Teeling Whiskey Distillery is the first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years. Teeling’s new distillery is only a stone's throw away from where Walter Teeling established a distillery in the Liberties in 1782. While honouring the past, Teeling are forging a new future for Irish whiskey, through daring to do things differently.

Join Australian Whisky legends, David and Andrew Baker, for a guided tasting of five Bakery Hill award-winning whiskies, alongside tasty canapés.
Bakery Hill Distillery was established 1999 to prove a point - that great single malt whiskies could be made outside of Scotland, specifically in Australia.
Now world famous, Bakery Hill are proud to be the oldest, most established Single Malt Distillery on mainland Australia, one of only a few in the Melbourne region.
Unique in the whisky world, Bakery Hill handcraft each of their whiskies from single casks, producing malt of outstanding character, consistency and detail.
David is a master distiller and been running classes, for over ten years, on whisky production and tasting techniques; and dispelling the marketing myths that pervade the industry.
