An 11 year old single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed Island distillery, independently bottled by North Star Spirits as part of the Millennial Range. This series explores the whisky production regions of Scotland and act as an introduction to each region's unique profiles.

A slight smokiness develops on the palate, alongside melted butter and fresh malt earthiness, with a citrus peel finish.
